	It should be run by the minivend user/owner.  If root is running the
crontab it will not restart minivend.  The script is a bit of a hack, but
it works okay.  Be aware that if lynx is hitting your store every 15
minutes, or whatever, that it will skew your logfiles (unless you can make
an exception for local requests, such as with analog.)
	I also believe that if you were to try chmod s+u ..cgi-bin.. etc  it would
not work, the correct syntax is chmod u+s ..cgi-bin..  My mistake, long
ago.  :-)
