I hope i can help you this time...
Well i am quite sure you are talking about "BAD ROBOT" message, if that's
the case and you are using Windows NT... move to Unix.... 8-) I have noticed
its not appearing there...

But if we will be more smarter....., Its all happening when user is in
Basket.HTML, if he does "Continoue shopping" this thing mostly happens...,
Try to re-write this page, correctly, I think Mike have a bug in the old
simple site....,
The best way to check is you can download the new sample site from the ftp,
and extract from there only the basket.html to the ord directory and you
will see the Robot Visit will disapper.
If so, just re-write the new basket.html to display things the way you
like....
