You must be consistent in how you pass parameters to the MiniVend tags,
they can be positional or named, but not both in the same tag

Positional - MiniVend assumes certain parameters to be at certain
positions within the tag:
   [data products description 12345]
Named:
   [data base="products" key="12345" field="description"]

For your situation try all named parameters:
   [shipping name=hd noformat=1]
