Quantity Boxes? Help...

Is it possible to make a page that allows you to enter quantities for
multiple items and add them all at once?

For example, here is one I did using Selena Sol's WebStore:
http://www2.acadia.net/cgi-bin/Worcester_Wreath/web_store.cgi?product=ring

Note that you can change multiple quantities, then press "Add to Cart" to
add all of them.

Does anyone have any example code of how this would work in MiniVend?

I came up with this code, which works, but has multiple "submit" buttons.
I want just one at the bottom of the list.
