Locale problem

I upgraded to minivend 3.14-3 last week.

The previous version I was using (3.11) and all my locale's work fine.

I just found out today that [loop-price] tag does not convey my 
locale price settings yet the normal [item-price] tag does. Odd thing 
is. even though the loop-price tag does not convey the correct price, 
when you go to other pages like shopping cart/basket the correct 
price and symbol is displayed AND the checkout process works fine..

I've tried using the [old] tag and I've tried turning newtag off in 
the catalog.cfg setting (now the page does not load).

Error log is showing.. NO errors :/

The only thing that comes to mind is in my catalog.cfg i have
PriceField   USD

but it just does not work on pages with the loop-price tag..

Any suggestions?
