MiniMate Demo -- Security Issues

I would like to setup a public available demo for MiniMate,
but I don't want an evil lurker to eat up all the disk
and the memory resources. What measures can I take to
protect the site (e.g. ulimit, quota, restoration from
archive) ?

I appreciate any comments.
