You can add the mvend directory to @INC by running on the command line:
setenv PERL5LIB /usr/local/mvend/lib
and add the line to your /etc/inittab file so it will be set each time
you restart. This works fine on my BSDI box, but you may have to
substitute "PATH" for "PERL5LIB" in Linux. Give this a read:

Alternatively, you could also simply move the /HTML directory to
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005 where it belongs.
