System performance
Hello all.
I have a little concern about a minivend site i have set up. the site has
not yet gone public and even when it does it will only be used by i
beleive about a thousand people. knowing that my
Linux box is not the best out there: 486, 80MB RAM, 520MB hard disk,
running on Redhat 5.2. pretty pathetic right, well i know my site will
most likely be very slow. My concern is that, will my system be able to
handle this kind of load?
Can an immediate solution be an addition of RAM for a while or should i
just forget about this box?
