Now problem with SSL - WideOpen doesn't work

Hello.
I finally got simple and flycat to work without an error (or at least that's 
what I thought!). I added SSL, and now I'm having a problem with an empty 
shopping cart, which many people on the list seem to be experiencing as 
well. I tried

    DomainTail   No
    IpHead       Yes

in minivend.cfg (also I tried "DomainTail Yes" as someone suggested it on 
the list), and also

    WideOpen Yes

in catalog.cfg, but I still get an empty shopping cart when it's transferred 
to a secure URL. I didn't see WideOpen in catalog.cfg, so I just inserted 
it. Does that matter where in catalog.cfg it is placed? What's my next step? 
Also, I would like the shopping cart to work without cookies.

I'm running Minivend 3.14 on a virtual server (BSDI).

I would appreciate any suggestions!
