Well, if you're just going to 'try out' Minivend, that may work fine for
you, but in a production environment, that's not going to cut it... Minivend
is a memory hog, it typically takes a good 10 MB minimum out of my available
memory...

Re: The timeouts, check the error.log ... Typically MV will write to the log
even if you don't see anything in your browser.

In my quest to try out minivend, I've attempted to install it on my tiny
FreeBSD server to see how hard it was to get working.

Anyway, I got it installed, but when I attempt to connect to the admin
port, it times out.

I assume my crummy 486DX/50 with 10 megs is far too slow to handle the
server, but I was wondering if it might be something else.  Prior to the
timing out, it would continually print "free():" errors in the browser.
