[value] tag in a PATH

Hello everybody, I'd like to put a [value] tag in a path in something
like that in order to improve a little minimate:

  <A MV="area maj/seefile etc/[value fichier]" HREF="etc/[value
fichier]" TARGET=main>

See what I got in the main window :

Ce produit (maj/etc/[value) n'a pas encore de page dans le catalogue,
mais cela ne va pas tarder!

In english, it's " This product (maj/etc/[value) doesn't have a product
page yet, but it's in progress ...".

The problem is to be able to put the tag in the path, because the slash
(/) protects the '['  ( I think ).
Is there a solution that keeps the variable 'fichier' ( 'fichier' is
never the same  so I can't put its name)
