Hello, I am trying to log all transactions in to a database (in their entirety)... My ~/etc/report contains lines like this (of course) city: [value city] state: [value state] zip: [value zip] shiptoname: [value name] But for some reason, the tag [value name] does not seem to return a value. (and all others do) Does anyone know why this might be happeining? Thank you for your help. Scott
