This works in 3.11 and should work for you

<INPUT TYPE=hidden NAME="mv_click_map" value="Check_out">
 
reoeat this for each button you need and of course make sure
that with each value ="FOO", there is a [set Foo]...[/set] on the
page. More info is available by searching the list for terms like
mv_click_map
