There were a couple of little tricks.  Search on the minivend site
(http://www.minivend.com) for a posting by Gerard Olszowiec on March 3rd
of this year.  The title of the posting was "Re: Multi-Page Checkout -- A
step-by-step".  Gerard lays it all out.  It is concise, but it sounds like
you are almost there, so his e-mail should get you the rest of the way.

There was something about not having "&final" anywhere in the first
checkout profile...
