I did this recently and there are too many details for me to recall how I
did it. Read the docs _carefully_. All of the info you need is there.
There is also a message in the archive which is a how-to of sorts. The
problem I still have is when people hit the back button in these multiple
checkout pages. My solution was to set the page expiration date to "0".

Just pass the page you want to display next to [order].
