No response from authorize net

Hello all...

I'm working with MV3.12 and the CCLib.pm script from
http://phear.cyberhighway.net/minivend/ to process credit card transactions
on-line through authorizenet.  MV is showing the special/failed page for all
orders processed and therefore not completing the order.  No information in
the minivend error.log or the catalog error.log.  [data session
cybercash_error] is also returning nothing.  However the transaction IS
being posted to authorize net, it shows up in the transaction report.

It seems that the response from authorize net is getting stopped or lost
some where.  Does any one have any ideas where I should look, and/or
suggestions for trouble shooting this problem.
