How does "redirect" work

Hi:

I was trying  to do a "redirect" using following Minivend page:

[tag op=header interpolate=1]
Status: 302 moved
Location: [area hello]
[/tag]
---------------------------------------

But instead of redirecting me to the "hello.html", the minivend shows me a html
page says "Page has been moved". This happened when I used "Microsoft Peer to
Peer web server" or "Personnel web server".  A html page with the source code of
"hello.html" was shown when I used Apache web server(on NT).

My minivend's version is V3.12 and I am using Active Perl 5.09 from
www.activestate.com.

Can anybody help?
