Cart with bad wheels...

I am having a serious problem that I hope someone can help me with.

To start off with, the page is www.sprikfarms.com. It is basically just
the simple demo with user features and some other things removed and
then the pages reformatted.

Our client is (like a lot of the world) using IE 4.0. When they buy
something, they go to their cart, but then when they click "Check Out",
it just displays the shopping cart again. If they change the quantity
and click "Recalculate", nothing changes, just refresh.

I see no reason why it would do this. I am really desperate and need to
get this thing finished. Any help would be appreciated.
