Pls. help on NT install

I have read the dox, and I still can't get this to work.

I uncompressed the file.

ran the setup.bat

told it where to place minivend...   'E:\mvend'

told it I do not have an eMail location

gave it an admin user name and password

it then opened a web window

and told me his in the command window...

told the web browser to "Make a new catalog"

it asked me to log in

I told it to make a new catalog

gave it the path to the virtual directory

turned help on then named the new catalog 'simple'

the command window says...

My NT is now running at 100% utilization and is sitting at

    Importing wizard table from E:\mvend\admin\products\wizard.asc

After a few minutes the web browser times out and after a few more minutes I
close the command window.

It seems that I can do nothing on this now.

What should I look for, what should I do.
