start by cd'ing to the directory in which you saved the file. Type: gunzip minivend-latest.tar.gz (or whatever you saved the file as) The result should be a file named minivend-latest.tar. Then type: tar -xvf minivend-latest.tar That will extract everything from the archive. Then you should be able to find the readme file and install instructions. Good luck! -August
