GPG works just fine -- I have tested it on Linux, but wasn't able
to get it to compile on Solaris. (It does say only for Linux at
its home page.)

It seems to encrypt files that can be read by PGP, at least for
me. Invocation should be something like:

EncryptProgram /usr/local/bin/gpg --batch -ea -r orders@foo.com 2>/tmp/null
