Free item & fixed shipping scripts

OK since I have asked a few question and gotten help. But haven't posted anything helpful yet I thought I would post these scripts. These are two scripts that we wrote for a client. They wanted to have a free item if you bought 3 or more products, and free shipping if you bought 2 or more products (otherwise shipping is $3.95). I didn't want to post a lot of code here so I stuck it on my new minivend website (www.infinite-monkeys.net/minivend) that is all there is there at the moment but it will grow as I use the cart more. The Authorize.net FAQ will be added as soon as I get that working =]. The scripts are smart and will only allow you to buy one of the free items. However I could not find a way to automatically remove an item from the cart. So the items can be removed leaving only the free item.
