Switched these two.

Thanks to Mike Heins for the quick answer. Putting the [tag flag write]
before the [tag touch] squelched the error and immediately wrote the data
to my db. However, it is not incrementing by the value, rather just
placing the value into the db. Aside from my initial stumbling block I
feel like MV is performing some magic for me... except it just ain't
adding! ;-)
