If you have the demo running along with your catalog, you can use the
demo.cgi, copy it and rename it to the name of your catalog.
Else you dig out the docs if you have them printed out (which has proven
very helpful to me) or go to http://www.minivend.com/iri/document.html
and follow the procedures described under Chapter "Manual Installation
of Catalogs" Subchapter "Compiling VLINK and TLINK". I guess that should
do it.
