you can also construct a multiline search using

[page scan
	se=impressionists
	sf=category
]

The syntax I've been using can be seen in this search text :

[page scan fi=software.asc/sp=softresults/sf=title/sf=publisher/se=microsoft/se=office/tf=title]Office[/page]

and it seems to work.
