Hey, don't feel bad... I'm wading throught this for the first time.
Everything else seems to have fallen into place and has been pretty
straightforward except for the authorize.net/CyberCash hack.

So far, all the tests have been <$100.00. We are running MV 3.12 with the
CyberCash2 for authorize.net module at:

ftp://ftp.minivend.com/pub/CCLib.pm_authorizenet

The test account numbers give the same error "Invalid card type" as do
real credit card numbers. The catalog.cfg settings for authorize.net are:

Variable	CYBER_PORT	443
Variable	CYBER_HOST	www.authorize.net
Variable	CYBER_VENDOR	myusername
Variable	CYBER_SECRET	mypassword # authorize.net said anything
					   # could be placed here
Variable	CYBER_MODE	mauthonly
Variable	CYBER_AVS	FALSE
[...]
CreditCardAuto No
[...]
CyberCash Yes

We upgraded to Perl5.00502
Running RSA BSAFE-based version of SSLeay included with Stronghold secure
server software.

Since we are not using CyberCash for CC authorization, but Authorize.net,
should the testing be done with the CyberCash 3.2 module?

Are there special calls needed on the checkout.html that aren't included
with the demo pages?
