I've run into a strange credit card that has an abnormal number of digits
before - I didn't take careful note of the situation, as it is policy to
not keep any customer's cc #'s. It would fail to validate. Also,
myself, while shopping at the wonderful Gap online, failed validation
because I entered it wrong - twice. Don't count out a mistake on the part
of the customer.
