SQL error on a non-sql page

Hello!

  I'm having an odd SQL related problem with Minivend that I need help
with. The issue is that I'm getting SQL related internal errors where
there are no 
SQL-callling code on the page (I removed all code from the page except
for the word "test", and still got these errors ). The errors are listed
at the bottom of this message.

  So, what's causing these errors, and how I can prevent them in the future?
