makecat -l

hello,

     i try to get a log file from makecat script when i created catalog by 
using

     mvend> bin/makecat -i
     mvend> bin/makecat --catalogname=test -i
     mvend> bin/makecat --catalogname=test --i=makecat.log

     but none of the above works, does anyone know how to do this?
