Well let's start with the obvious. Did you tell your catalog.cfg file you changed to pipe
delimiter? That might be the problem. Also did you upload in ascii? Also what are the
permissions? 664? simple way to rebuild gdbm is to delete the one located in the directory
when you upload a new products.asc file. Did you try restarting the server?
