Nope. You need a shell account to install it. Once installed you could most things with FTP.

Hello,

Is it possible to set up minivend through FTP.

 

From the readme file it seems as if you need to have telnet access to get it to run. I have successfully run it at home on my win98 machine ut thats no use when the server is 2000miles away in the US and I don't have telnet access.
