Password Mismatch

Hello All,
I just upgraded from version 3.11 to 3.12 and I got a big problem. User
login doesn't work...
I try to login with the same login and apssword that I used on version 3.11
and it always gives me "Password Mismatch" error. actually all the login's
give the same error...
Itried to set crypt=1 on the login function already but it doesn't make any
difference.
Im runinng MV 3.12 on an NT 4.0 server, Active Perl Latest version and
DBI::ODBC perl module and it worked perfeclty on MV 3.11.
Anyone had something similar? Need help on this...
