GNU license + catalogs

Hi all

	Just some clarifications on the minivend license... anything useful
created/modified on the existing "engine" of minivend needs to be dumped
back out to the minivend (right?).  So would the catalogs customised,created
for own use, would that be counted too as in the GNU license (ie legally a
part of minivend which needs to be put back out?)  or anything built on top
of minivend can be proprietary?, ie a GUI for administrating minivend...etc
(Think someone's already doing this?)
