mv3.11 and cybercash3.2 don't mix

After spending countless hours trying to integrate mv3.11
and cybercash3.2 Running into every possible error in the
book,I finally found a solution. I took the Order.pm file
from the mv3.12 distribution and used it instead of the 
mv3.11 Order.pm

The other option would be to upgrade to mv3.12,
unfortunately I have 10 catalogs running and don't have
the time to do a complete upgrade yet.
