Making Minivend on personal web server (Windows 98) available to the outside world.

I thought I might speed up Minivend by making my Windows 98 (Pentium
II/128K) PC (cable connection) into a Personal Web Server and linking the
order page of my web site to the Personal Web Server.  Getting Minivend to
work on my PC was no problem.  The Personal Web Server says that the URL is
http://oemcomputer.san.rr.com/bw.exe.  I tried that and it works fine.  Then
I called a friend and asked her to try it from a different computer and as I
suspected, it doesn't work from the remote computer.  It says: "Unable to
locate server".

My question is - Does anyone know how to make the PC Personal Web Server
accessible to the outside world.
