The code of a database should not contain any spaces. In your case you have
a database with a code field named country with a single data field named
code.
Change the database to
code, country
1,U.S.A
2,etc
and Code 2 to:
[tag each countries]
[sort countries:country]
[loop-data countries country]
[/tag]
