[data session arg] - Not being passed at all?

******    message to minivend-users from Jason Korkin <jkorkin@korksoft.com>     ******

I've tried basically everything that you all have suggested, and I am getting no where... I am running
MV 3.11, on Linux.

What I have done is this:

http://mydomain.com/cgi-bin/catalog.cgi/scan/sf=Vendor/se=Widgets/ml=10;recnumXX924163012;

In my results page, I have an embeded perl routine that should break the value apart... and make a
[value recnum] equial to the 924163012... I reference this in the perl routine as [data session arg],
however, its not making it into the routine.

If I look in my error.log file, I get an error saying:

132.177.69.244 aXKHeu2p:132 - [26/April/1999:19:28:06 -0700] shoes
/cgi-bin/shoes.cgi/scan/sf=Vendor/se=Mezlan/ml=10;recnumXX924163012; Safe: 2

The first line of the embeded perl, should have the value from the [data session arg] in the single
quotes, however, its just not going through... any ideas? I have [perl arg="values" interpolate=1]
also.

The one month of free Minivend web hosting on our servers still stands to the person who successfully
answers this question.

    Thanks,

    Jason Korkin.
