This is patently NOT true -- PURE MIS-INFORMATION.
The Mac is a fine development platform and Internet client. You only need a
page layout product such as the fantastic Adobe GoLive (or BBEdit if you
REALLY want to tweak HTML by hand), an FTP client (Fetch) and a telnet
client (NCSA Telnet). That is it.
