Re: MV 3.12 problems with Win95. Must I switch to NT or Linux?

****** message to minivend-users from "Stefano Pascucci" <s.pascucci@cdq.it> ******

Hi Joe

I have the same problem with minivend... but i'm here to tell more
about.

I have tested 3.12 version both on NT 4.0 - IIS4 machine and on
win98 - WebSite pro 1.1g machine, with the same results.

I have installed the same activestate version as you.

The problem seems to be related to "redirection " feature of three
pages, "frame.html", "noframe.html" and "last_search.html". The
fist page is called from the "http://localhost/cgi-
bin/simple.exe/frames" link, too. So it seems to be a problem
connected to redirection page & web capabilities, and strictly
connected to that feature implemented in minivend. I can not
understand more about (I'm not a programmer), but it probably
should be fixed fast by a good programmer (I'm looking for it:-)

I hope it will be fixed soon
