MiniVend Y2K compliance

I need to know if MiniVend is Y2K compliant (and what that definition of
compliance is). Maybe the author can take a peek and do a test or two and
come up with a semi-official statement.

I'm sure many other users need this info too - maybe it can be added to the
FAQ.
