I have tried to get the emailed report "subject" to read Quote # or Order #
depending on which "basket" they used.  I have seperate reports (so the
material within is layed out different) but cannot get the email subject to
vary based on order vs quote.  tried the MV_order_subject with no avail.
Tried to self configure some variables in minivend.cfg and the catalog.cfg,
but only then had to reload the originals due to my testing. please help.

Also, I've noticed that mv adds the same thing to the bottom of the email
(which screws up FP98's ability to properly determin that </html> is the end
of the page, as displays it) but thats an issue for another day.
