Text Color

Hiyas, I am very very new to minivend and after a huge amount of time and only just starting to be able to sucessfully change items. I am using the simple format and have been able to change the background colors and menu bar text. I am however having alot of trouble with the text in the main screen. I changed the background default color on all main pages to black, the text is black too and I have been unable to find where to change this in any of the pages. I have read through the readmes but no luck so far.
