I had a similar problem because I was running more that one server on
the same physical machine. I solved it by assigning (when running
makecat) the minivend server location (www.yoursite.com) to the same
port as the apache server was listening to. ie. (www.yoursite:8888) or
what ever port yuu assign the server to.  Be sure to consider if the
port is assigned to a secure server or standard web server. I run all of
my minivend functions in the secure server, just safer that way. It also
looks as though you have user nobody configured as a member of your
servers group. I seem to remember that MV can not run with that
arrangment. Hope this helps.
