Simple (?) price adjustment

OK.  The prices in my products database, which is supplied to me by my
distributor, are MY cost.  I want to add $2 to each as my retail price.
i.e. if the price in the db is $9.49, the price to the customer should
be $11.49.  I have searched the docs and list and can't find an easy way
to do this.  Do I have to set up a pricing database with attributes,
etc?  Please tell me there's a simple way.  Thanks!
