After using release 3.12 for a few days, I have noticed that not only does
Minivend still generate SSl URLs with the extra site name in the URL (e.g.
https://www.mysite.com/cgi-bin/mysite/simple), but it seems to have become
worse. They now occur more frequently than they did with 3.11 or the 3.12
betas.
