You modify the products.asc file; not only the rows which represent each data record, but the colums
for each field of the record. The first line of products.asc identifies the name for each column
and experience has taught me not to mess with the default fields; you can add more, but don't go
through the hassle of altering the names... This file is then automatically imported into the .gdbm
database file, assuming that is the database type you use.
