There's one I have that mentions it. It's called 

"Web Programming with Perl 5" by Bill Middleton,Brian Deng and 
Chris Kemp. Published by SAMS.

ISBN 1-57521-112-2

The material in it is circa 1996-1997, so I don't know how much of it 
is still relevant.
