Well, thankfully I solved my own problem. :) Since I wasn't using
'products' as my database, but instead 'aes_products' I had to set
ProductFiles. Thank GOD for the list search on the minivend page! (I
didn't see the ProductFiles tag in the initial catalog.cfg at all)
