Ben,
Values don't record? As in it doesn't appear in your
report/mail/tracking? Take a look at receipt.html and report.html. You
most likely forgot to add:
SSN: [value ssn]
Birthday: [value Birthday]
.. to your report.html (what you get) and probably not needed to add to
receipt.html
Also, if these are text boxes you may need to pass the text through safe by
adding this to your order profile:
$Safe{'values'}{ssn} = $ssn;
$Safe{'values'}{Birthday} = $Birthday;
