Yes it will, however it can get a bit complicated. Pay particular attention to the manner in which you answer the questions in the makecat program.
NT4.0 tips:
Load perl first. Sounds stupid, but make sure you do that first. Also, you can run minivend with just the base perl executable, and I strongly suggest you do if this is your first installation. Learn how to interact with the text databases before you graduate yourself to sql server.
As soon as the HTML window in the mvend setup starts, close it. Go to the MVEND directory (if you accepted the defaults like a good-boy) and run make-cat.pl.
Answer the questions and then try to run one of the 'browses' from index.html. If it works, you're golden. If not, then do it again and again until it works.
Don't even attempt to do this until you have IIS4.0 installed and thoroughly understand how it is used.
